Description
The enamel lid of Grandma’s milk can can also be bought separately, and fits on all RIESS enamel 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0-litre milk cans. The lid is made of pure white enamel fitted with a tight-fitting silicone seal.
Enamel prevents bacteria growth and is resistant to fruit acid, so it is ideally suited to the kitchen. Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures. The non-porous, smooth, cut and scratch-resistant glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. Enamel dishes are recommended for those allergic to nickel.
