The timeless and sleek design of the Aromapot cooking pots was created for RIESS by dottings design studio. Aromapot pans are white on the inside, which means that the natural colours of the food are not altered by the colour of the pans. The outer colour of the pot can vary depending on your own personal taste (Pure White, Light Grey, Dark Aubergine), which allows and inspires an individual arrangement of your cookware and food.
The Aromapots are made entirely from steel and enamel and can be used as either cooking pots, stock pots or stewing pots. Aromapots have no screwed on parts made from plastic. Therefore, the pots can also be used at high temperatures and with all types of cookers and ovens. To ensure that the material expands evenly and the enamel glaze does not flake off, we recommend that you never heat the pot when it is empty and always at a low heat; after a short time, the temperature can be increased.
The tapered shape of the Aromapots means that they can be stacked inside and on top of each other, allowing you to save space. When turned upside down and put aside, the lid can also be used as a storage place, bowl or plate for ingredients, cooking spoons and so on. It can also be used at the table as a trivet for the pan. When placed upside down on the pot, it helps to ensure that the pots take up less space when they are stacked.

There possibilities are endless when it comes to cooking with the Aromapot pots and casseroles: Morning porridge, stews, soups, side dishes. The Aromapots are perfect for use in the oven either as a stew pot or as a baking dish for making bread, e.g. for no-knead bread.
The Aromapots (the 20 cm pot versions) can also be used for steaming – we have developed a steamer insert that can be used to perfectly steam vegetables.
Make sure that you oil the rim of your Aromapot with vegetable oil from time to time to prevent rusting.
