This mini oven dish has been specially designed for mini ovens. It’s ideal for smaller households and for all dishes that need baking or roasting in an oven.
The enamel baking and roasting dish has a curved rim – known as a rolled rim in enamel terms – which is created by bending the metal during the manufacturing process to form a rounded and stable rim. You can use knives to cut the food directly in the dish without any problems.
The mini enamel oven dish is also ideal for storing any leftovers as enamel prevents bacteria growth, is resistant to fruit acid and perfectly preserves all flavours. The mini enamel baking tray can act as a lid for the dish.
The oven dish is easy to clean after use so that it can be ready for the next time that it’s needed.
Enamel is made from iron that was fused with glass at high temperatures, so it is made from natural raw materials. Thanks to its iron core, the enamel conducts heat in the blink of an eye and retains it for a long time to ensure energy-efficient cooking.
