This colourful dish preserves the natural flavour of all ingredients and is a true multitasker: in addition to pizza, it excels at baking quiches, flatbreads, and fruit tarts. Its round shape also serves as a serving tray. The special anthracite baking enamel allows for easy release and effortless cleaning. The dish is robust, long-lasting, and resistant to rust. The rim is curved, known as a rolled rim in enamel terms.
Porcelain enamel is cut and scratch-resistant, enabling the dish to withstand being sliced directly on its surface with a knife or cutter without sustaining damage.
This enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, making it a product of natural raw materials.
