Careers
Employee development, team building, and a strong sense of togetherness are at the core of our philosophy.
Career with apprenticeship

For generations, we have placed great importance on providing thorough training for our high-skilled talents. Several apprentices are trained each year, often in a dual apprenticeship programme.
"A well-founded apprenticeship has a long tradition with us and is a key pillar of our market success."DIPL. ING. JULIAN RIESS
Our apprentices successfully complete their training, achieving good or excellent marks, and some even go on to pursue a master craftsman qualification. We are proud of this track record. Our goal is to continue developing as many of our apprentices as possible within the company. Many of our employees began their professional careers with us – and have stayed. We are convinced that our success is due not only to excellent training but above all to the strong team spirit within our family-run company.
"In addition to craftsmanship, we place great value on a sense of responsibility and teamwork."SUSANNE RIESS
We offer apprenticeships in the following trades:
- Toolmaking Technology
- Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Electrical Engineering Technology
- Surface Technology
- Printing Technology with a focus on (ceramic) screen printing

Career clubbing
The trade fair for apprenticeships in Waidhofen informs young people about vocational professions, training companies and apprenticeship opportunities in the Mostviertel region.

Each year, we offer our employees various courses on current IT topics, as well as modules in hydraulics, electrical and plastics engineering, languages, and organisational management.
Every year, one or two employees complete enamel training at the University of Applied Sciences in Iserlohn, Germany. We are also a partner of the Zukunftsakademie Mostviertel (Projekt IQ Net), which provides training on intelligent materials.
Encouraging team spirit
The cooperation between generations is very important to us, as we have seen ourselves as one big family for generations. We believe that young and old complement each other perfectly and achieve the best results together. That’s why we take part in the Generational Mentoring programme. And we prefer to solve problems through personal conversation.
