Factory tours

With prior registration, we offer factory tours followed by access to our warehouse outlet for groups of 10 or more people.

The tours take place Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. The tour through our manufactory lasts about 1.5 hours, with flexible starting times within the 8:00–10:00 a.m. timeframe.

Due to company holidays, tours are NOT available on public holidays and bridging days, between Christmas and New Year, as well as during the first two weeks of July.

The meeting point and starting location for guided tours of our factory is the Riess-Kelomat Factory Outlet (please follow the signs).

Adults: € 7.00

Children under 15, students up to the age of 24 and school students up to the age of 19 (with valid ID): free of charge

For safety reasons, visitors on guided tours must wear sturdy, closed-toe footwear. Loose-fitting clothing and large bags or backpacks are not permitted.
