With Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (the ‘Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation’, or ‘PPWR’), a new legal framework for packaging will come into force on 12 August 2026, which will apply directly in all EU Member States.

We are writing to inform you that we are working intensively to ensure the timely implementation of the requirements applicable from this date.

We are coordinating closely with our suppliers and are prioritising efforts to ensure compliance with these requirements by 12 August 2026 for the packaging we place on the market.

We guarantee that all PPWR requirements applicable to our products and packaging will be fully met within the respective transition and implementation periods.

We will implement the necessary measures to comply with the legal requirements in a timely manner, thereby ensuring compliance with the PPWR’s requirements.
