The SERVE+STORE storage containers are sustainable and stylish kitchen basics, ideal for organizing the kitchen and fridge as well as for stylish serving. They consist of rectangular enamel containers with matching lids and come in various sizes and colors. The containers are stackable and oven-safe, making them versatile – from storage and serving to baking and gratinating. The lids can also be used separately as coasters, bowls, or serving plates. Cooked and uncooked foods can be stored both in the container and on the lid in the fridge and then served directly. The containers are also suitable for use in the oven and freezer. Additionally, they can be used to warm food on the stove at low heat.
Before first use: Remove the sticker, fill with boiling water and vinegar, and let it sit for a short time.
Cleaning in the dishwasher: RIESS enamel can be washed in the dishwasher. However, we recommend hand washing to ensure long-lasting enjoyment of enamel’s brilliant shine. If you use the dishwasher, select the gentle glassware program to preserve the gloss and vibrant colors of the enamel for as long as possible. For sparkling clean pots and pans, use the gentle glassware program and the cleaning products from our partner Claro. You can find all tips on dishwasher care in this video.
- Before cleaning off food residues or burnt-on remains, fill the still-warm cookware after cooking and emptying with warm – never cold – water and dish soap. After a short soaking period, the cookware can be cleaned effortlessly.
- For particularly stubborn or burnt-on residues, briefly boil water with dish soap.
- For cleaning, use RIESS Enamel Care or a mild scouring milk, as well as the smooth side of a sponge or a soft brush.
- Avoid using wire brushes, steel wool, abrasive powders containing sand or sponges with ceramic particles.
More helpful care tips
- Store the cookware well dried. Any lime stains can be easily removed with vinegar water.
- If flash rust appears on exposed enamel edges or the rim, it can be easily removed with dish soap.
- Exposed enamel edges can be re-oiled from time to time with cooking oil.
The Serve+Store food containers are the natural solution to food storage and more. The iron core, combined with a functional, stackable shape serves multiple functions: storing in the refrigerator, baking in the oven, warming up food (on all types of stoves) and stylish serving.
