About the product

Our omelette pan is perfect for various egg dishes like omelets, scrambled eggs, and fried eggs. It has the ideal size for these preparations and thanks to the iron core, the heat is optimally and quickly distributed at the bottom of the pan, enabling fast temperature reduction when needed. This is particularly important since egg dishes do not tolerate high temperatures. Additionally, you can cut the eggs directly in the pan with a knife because enamel is cutting and scratch resistant. When frying eggs in the enamel pan, you will need butter or oil, but no high temperatures. The best test is to drop a droplet of the mixture into the pan. If the droplet immediately tightens, the pan is too hot; if nothing happens, it is too cold. When the droplet lightly sets, the pan has reached the optimal temperature. Now pour in the entire mixture, slightly reduce the heat, as enamel retains heat, and wait for the omelet to gently release from the bottom of the pan. That's when you flip it over.
