About the product

Summer fruit tarts turn out especially well in our round fruit tart pan. Savory quiches can also be excellently prepared in this versatile cake pan. The wavy edge and groove at the bottom of the pan ensure the typical fruit tart base and a stable dough edge. The round tart or quiche pan made of enamel is robust, durable, and easy to care for. Thanks to the iron core, heat is evenly distributed, providing particularly good baking results. After baking, the baked good can be cut directly in the pan with a cake knife and served with a cake server. The cut- and scratch-resistant enamel allows both sweet fruit cakes and savory quiches to be served and sliced in the pan. To ensure that the cake does not stick and can be easily removed, the pan should always be well greased and dusted with flour or breadcrumbs. Alternatively, baking paper can also be used, although this is not strictly necessary. Cleaning the pan is particularly easy thanks to the pore-free smooth surface.
