Whether in the oven, on the grill, or as a stylish serving dish for meals, side dishes, and desserts – our mini baking and serving dishes impress with their versatility and high-quality craftsmanship. The iron core ensures even heat distribution and retains warmth for a long time, allowing dishes to stay hot and be enjoyed at leisure. The cut- and scratch-resistant enamel surface is flavor-neutral, preserving the natural taste of the ingredients without altering it during storage. You can cut and enjoy food directly in the dish with a knife and fork without damaging the surface. The matching lid – which also doubles as a grill and serving plate – makes it easy to store food in the refrigerator without the need for transferring it to another container. Thanks to the non-porous enamel surface, the mini baking and serving dishes are bacteria-inhibiting, odor-neutral, and easy to clean. The classic black enamel gives the forms a timeless elegance – perfect for stylish table presentation. They pair beautifully with other products from the Riess enamel collection, such as the popular gourmet pans. Our "Minis" open up a world of possibilities in various kitchen settings: they are the perfect accessory for sophisticated dining culture, ideal for single and two-person households as well as for gastronomy – whether for burgers, fries, brunch, casseroles, or gratins. Versatile and durable, they are true all-rounders in the kitchen.
Before first use: Remove the sticker, fill with boiling water and vinegar, and let it sit for a short time.
Cleaning in the dishwasher: RIESS enamel can be washed in the dishwasher. However, we recommend hand washing to ensure long-lasting enjoyment of enamel’s brilliant shine. If you use the dishwasher, select the gentle glassware program to preserve the gloss and vibrant colors of the enamel for as long as possible. For sparkling clean pots and pans, use the gentle glassware program and the cleaning products from our partner Claro. You can find all tips on dishwasher care in this video.
- Before cleaning off food residues or burnt-on remains, fill the still-warm cookware after cooking and emptying with warm – never cold – water and dish soap. After a short soaking period, the cookware can be cleaned effortlessly.
- For particularly stubborn or burnt-on residues, briefly boil water with dish soap.
- For cleaning, use RIESS Enamel Care or a mild scouring milk, as well as the smooth side of a sponge or a soft brush.
- Avoid using wire brushes, steel wool, abrasive powders containing sand or sponges with ceramic particles.
More helpful care tips
- Store the cookware well dried. Any lime stains can be easily removed with vinegar water.
- If flash rust appears on exposed enamel edges or the rim, it can be easily removed with dish soap.
- Exposed enamel edges can be re-oiled from time to time with cooking oil.
