Description:
The round oven pan with high rim made of black enamel is also known by the name Tepsija, which means frying pan.
The Tepsija pan has a curved edge – beaded edge in enamel language – in the process the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. In the form can be easily cut with a knife.
After work is done, the round oven dish is easy to clean and so quickly ready for its next use.
The material enamel is made of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, that is, natural raw materials.

Uses:
The Tepsija round pan is perfect for all dishes that are baked or fried in the oven e.g. braised dishes and rice pans or for typical baked goods such as pita or burek.
Tip:
If th pan is used as a baking pan: always grease well and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs before filling the dough. This prevents cakes and the like from sticking and makes them easy to remove from the pan.
