Description
The handy braising pan with lid is perfect for all stews and for steaming vegetables or meat. Its fresh colours add a touch of colour to every kitchen. The pan with two enamel handles is available in four colours: pink, lemon, dark grey and sky blue. The pouring rim made of stainless steel is particularly robust.
The braising pan is perfect for the energy-saving preparation of long-cooked stews or braised dishes and is suitable for browning and braising on the hob as well as for braising in the oven. The lid preserves the evaporated liquid and all the flavours. Meat and vegetables can also be seared in the pan on the hob without the lid. Any dish can be effortlessly prepared in the braising pan and then elegantly served straight from the oven to the table.
In addition to perfect heat distribution and storage, the iron core of the enamel ensures energy-saving stewing, whether on the hob or in the oven. Enamel is made from iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
Enamel cookware can be used on all types of hob (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is first conducted quickly and then stored for a long time: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is flavour-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamelled cookware is a pleasure to use for a long time and retains its typical shine.
Use
The range of dishes that can be prepared in the braising pan is versatile. In addition to stews from many national cuisines (beef roulades, paprika chicken, ratatouille, tagine …), you can also prepare flavoursome soups. And Sunday schnitzels can also be perfectly prepared in the braising pan without a lid
