Grilling without burning the meat or vegetables is child’s play thanks to this robust enamel grilling tray.
The bottom has multiple raised points that you can place the food on where it can then be heated perfectly through the perforations, without the juice or the fat dripping into the fire. Instead, the liquid or meat juice collects in the grooves and then can be used later, if the recipe requires this.
The grilling tray is reusable and has a long service life, which helps to reduce waste. The grilling tray is robust, long-lasting and easy to clean. The grilled food can be cut with a knife in the tray straight after cooking and then distributed. Please ensure that you always use special grill gloves for this as enamel is particularly good at conducting heat quickly. The heat is evenly distributed thanks to the iron core, giving you particularly good grilling results. The tray itself is also very easy to clean thanks to its non-porous, smooth surface.
Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, therefore it’s made from natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware is suitable for use with all types of cookers (gas, electric, ceramic, induction and even open flame). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and is then retained. This ensures sustainable, energy-efficient cooking.
Both vegetables and meat can be grilled to perfection in this tray without burning. What’s more, this tray makes your food look great by giving courgettes, aubergines, etc. classic grill marks.
Always make sure that you grease the grilling tray well. After cooking, fill it with lukewarm water and washing up liquid, leave it to soak for a while and the clean it with a soft brush or cloth to ensure that it will be ready to use the next time that you need it.
There are two variations of the grilling tray, both in black enamel. One is round with a diameter of 32 cm and one is square with dimensions of 32 x 42 cm.
