Description:
The square baking pan made of baking enamel is perfect for all dishes that are baked or fried in the oven. Light blue on the outside and special anthracite-colored enamel on the inside, which makes demolding particularly easy.
The matching glass lid (heat resitant up to 200 °) is available as an accessory (link!), so the pan can also be used to steam meat and vegetables in the over or on the stove. This turns the baking pan into a frying pan with a lid in no time at all.
The oven dish has a curved rim – known as a rolled rim in enamel terms – which is created by bending the metal during the manufacturing process to form a rounded and stable rim. You can use knives to cut the food directly in the dish without any problems.
When the work is done, the baking pan is easy to clean and so quickly ready for your next use.
The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, therefore its made from natural raw materials.
Thanks to the iron core, the heat in our enamel baking and roasting pans is conducted quickly and stored perfectly: for sustainable, energy-saving and all-round even roasting or baking.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel items will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.
Types of use:
From baked desserts, cakes to oven-roasted vegetables or steamed dishes on the stove (when the lid is used) – everything is possible, so the baking pan made of light blue enamel may be called a multi-talent.
Tip:
If the baking pan is used as a baking pan: always grease well and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs before filling in the batter. This way cakes and the like don’t stick and can be easily removed from the mould. The anthracite-colored enamel on the inside makes demolding particularly easy.
