Description:
The baking pan made of baking enamel is perfect for baking, roasting and braising cakes, casseroles, vegetables and ragouts. The pan is enamelled in light blue on the outside and in special anthracite enamel on the inside, which makes it particularly easy to unmould the bakware.
The enamel handles make the baking pan – with oven mitts – easy and convenient to transport in and out of the oven. The bakware can now be unmoulded or cut in the pan, because enamel is scratch and cut resistant! Or you can serve stewed vegetables, casseroles or ragouts directly in the baking pan at the table, as enamel keeps all dishes warm for a long time thanks to the iron core.
The baking pan made of enamel is suitable for use in any oven. The iron core distributes the heat evenly – for particularly good baking results. The special baking enamel inside makes every baked good particularly easy to remove from the mould (before filling the dough, the mould must be greased and sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs – see also tip below). Cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous smooth surface.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of cooker (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire) and in the oven. Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and is also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamelware gives pleasure for a long time and retains its typical shine.
Tip:
Always grease the enamel baking dish well and sprinkle it with flour or breadcrumbs before pouring in the batter. This prevents cakes and the like from sticking and makes them easy to remove from the tin. More information about baking with enamel.
