Description:
An enamel jug in cylindrical shape completes the “Nouvelle PUR extra strong” series. We also call these milk pots “beak pots” because of the characteristically shaped spout, with which liquids such as milk, water, soup and sauces can be poured in easily. With its round handle, the beak pot is also good for serving directly at the table without spilling. The rim is round and curved – beaded rim in enamel language – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable rim. The beak pot is a popular helper in the kitchen and complements the pot sets by Nouvelle PUR, which are available in many trendy colours.
The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures. Our enamel products can be used on all types of cookers (gas, electric, vitroceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to its iron core, enamel conducts heat at lightning speed and stores it sustainably for energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene thanks to the non-porous, smooth glass surface. Enamel cookware is also recommended for people allergic to nickel.
Types of use:
In the Nouvelle Pur saucepan, milk, sauces and also other liquids such as soups can be easily heated and poured without a ladle: The milk for the morning coffee or the soup in the soup plate or the vanilla sauce for the curd strudel….
Tip:
When heating milk, put a few drops of water in the beak pot beforehand and then heat on a medium setting so that the milk does not burn.
