As the name suggests, our handle-free roasting dishes, or casserole dishes, are perfect for cooking all types of casseroles, pasta bakes, lasagnas, etc. However, they are also great for baking fruit cakes or strudels and much, much more. They come in a variety of sizes and colours and are made from robust enamel. The dishes have rounded rims – known as a rolled rim in enamel terms – which are created bybending the metal during the manufacturing process to form a rounded and stable rim. The casserole dish can be used in any type of oven. But remember to always use potholders!
Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, therefore it’s made from 100% natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware is suitable for use with all types of cookers (gas, electric, ceramic, induction and even open flame). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and is then retained. This ensures sustainable, energy-efficient cooking and baking.
